Join us for an exclusive Groth Vineyards & Winery Wine Dinner at Angelo’s Ristorante. This extraordinary evening will feature a five-course chef’s tasting menu paired with premium selections from Groth, including library vintages and large-format Reserve bottlings.
The menu showcases elevated Italian cuisine such as: • Fried Oyster with Meyer Lemon Sabayon • Tajarin al Burro with Shaved White Alba Truffle • Bone Marrow Canoes with Wild Mushroom Tritato • Veal Osso Buco with Saffron Risotto • Espresso Flan
Each course is expertly paired with Groth wines, including Oakville Cabernet, Oakcross, and a special pour of Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 from a 3-liter bottle.
